What you get

Run your whole programme from one portal.

The Org Portal and Android app give your team everything from school provisioning to funder-ready impact reports — while every sponsored classroom keeps running fully offline.

🏫

School provisioning

Create schools centrally, then issue a one-time connection token and a signed licence key for each one — the teacher activates and goes live.

📊

Impact reports

Track total schools, active schools (7-day heartbeat), unique learners, puzzles completed, learning minutes, and weighted quiz accuracy.

📄

Funder-ready exports

Export filtered impact reports as styled multipage PDF, Excel-safe CSV, or structured JSON — straight from the Org Android app.

📱

Org Portal + Android app

Manage schools on the web or on the go. The Org APK includes provisioning, reports, billing, and credential workflows.

🔑

Licence management

Regenerate or reissue a school's licence key at any time. Plan-based school caps are enforced automatically across your programme.

📶

Offline-first schools

Sponsored classrooms run fully offline on teacher devices. Impact data syncs to the Hub whenever a connection is available.

🗣️

Local language learning

Games translate to Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, and Lozi — so your programme reaches learners in their own language.

💳

Simple billing

Learning K10 or School Complete K20 per learner per academic term, with three terms per year. No automatic discount; Organisation Hub and human services require explicit quotes.

How it works

From application to impact in four steps.

Apply

Submit your organisation application for review by the UbuntuPlay team.

Sign in & set up

Once approved, access the Org Portal and configure your programme plan for the schools you want to sponsor.

Provision schools

Create each school, hand the one-time token and licence to the teacher, and they go live offline.

Measure & report

Track dashboards, pull termly summaries, and export funder-ready impact reports for your stakeholders.

Programmes

Programmes for every mission.

Learner-based pricing in Zambian Kwacha, sized to your programme — sponsor a named class or group, then expand deliberately.

NGO Deployment
Learning
K10 / learner / term

Fund games, locale packs, basic registers and progress for a named cohort. Prove the model with an explicitly assigned group before expanding.

Most popular
School Complete
K20 / learner / term

Add attendance, IDs and reporting for covered learners. Shared school operations require whole-school Complete coverage.

Organisation Hub
K3,000 base / year + K1,500 per contracted school

Finite contracted-school capacity, not the current connected count. Learner licences and bounded services are separate; paid capacity increases are prorated without charging the base again.

Corporate CSR
Learning sponsorship
K10 / learner / term

A focused community investment near your operations, priced by the agreed learners rather than a fixed school bundle.

Complete sponsorship
K20 / learner / term

A measurable CSR programme with learner administration and reports limited to covered learners; not an automatic whole-school upgrade.

Programme services
Quote / agreed scope

Activation K600 (2h/school); training K900 (10 staff, 90-minute session, 3h total); support K1,200/month (4h); report K1,500 (5 schools, 5h, 1 revision); approved extra work K300/hour. Field costs are separate. Payment is not delivery or customer acceptance.

School Groups & Direct
School groups
K10 / K20 per learner / term

The same Learning and School Complete rates apply to school chains. No automatic volume discount; each cohort has signed capacity and dates.

Community Free
K0

Up to 30 learners across one school, not per group. Security, backups and data recovery stay baseline capabilities.

Whole-school Builder-entitled cohort installations can use the private /teacher/builder.html workflow: unscoped head/deputy generation, editing, explicit review and private deployment, with no standalone export. Three academic terms per year; no automatic prepay discount. Former institutional plans are retired from new sale, while existing signed licences and financial history remain unchanged. Builder API access requires whole-school current Builder entitlement and an unscoped administrator; old standalone-export builder pages remain blocked for cohort installations. See the full plan comparison and the government page.

Questions

Organisations ask us.

How does approval work?

Apply at /org/apply. Your application is reviewed by the UbuntuPlay team, and you're notified when your Org Portal access is ready — then you can sign in and start setting up your programme.

Do our sponsored schools need internet?

No. Classrooms run fully offline on the teacher's device. The Hub only receives aggregate impact metrics when a device comes online — teaching never depends on a connection.

How do we report to funders?

Filtered impact reports export as styled PDF, Excel-ready CSV, or JSON, and termly summaries aggregate your whole programme — so board packs and donor reports come straight from real classroom data.

What is a one-time connection token?

A single-use credential that pairs a teacher's classroom server to the school you provisioned — together with a signed Ed25519 licence key that activates their plan.

Can we grow the programme later?

Yes. Agree the new learner count and term dates, obtain signed cohort keys, and explicitly assign learners locally. New enrolments never auto-grow coverage. Review Organisation Hub scope separately as your network expands.
