District and ministry dashboards over an offline-first platform. Schools teach without internet on teacher devices, while your office sees aggregated, privacy-safe learning data district by district.
Every tool a district education office or ministry needs to provision, license, and monitor schools — while learner data stays in the school where it belongs.
KPIs for every school in your district: activity, learners, learning minutes, and quiz accuracy in one view.
Provision schools, issue one-time connection tokens, and generate signed Ed25519 licence keys from the dashboard.
Reports aligned to Zambia's three-term school year, ready for provincial and national roll-ups.
Learner data lives on school devices in the school; only pseudonymised aggregates reach the Hub.
Classrooms run entirely offline on a teacher's phone; no connectivity or grid infrastructure required to teach.
Games and interfaces in Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, and Lozi alongside English.
Consistent metrics — unique learners, learning minutes, puzzle completions, and quiz accuracy — comparable across schools and districts.
Flat per-learner pricing in Kwacha; no per-device fees, no infrastructure projects.
Talk to the UbuntuPlay team and set up your district account.
Register schools, hand teachers one-time tokens and licences.
Teachers serve lessons and games from their own devices; nothing depends on connectivity.
Dashboards, filters, and termly summaries whenever school devices sync.
Predictable Kwacha budgeting for named learners in classes or groups. Choose the learner feature tier; quote network services separately.
Three academic terms per year: Learning K30 or School Complete K60 per learner across three terms. Coverage is explicitly assigned; no unlimited-school or automatic whole-school entitlement.
Annual Hub base plus contracted-school capacity, separate from learner licences. Government-contract Complete is K15 per learner per term only with current approved scope; ordinary Complete stays K20. Services and field costs are separate.
The private Classroom Builder at local /teacher/builder.html now supports reviewed generation, editing and deployment for whole-school Builder-entitled cohort installations and unscoped head teachers/deputies, without standalone export.
Community Free supports 30 learners school-wide. Former institutional offers are retired from new sale; existing licences and financial history are unchanged. Complete attendance and reports are learner-scoped; shared calendar, staff and announcements require whole-school Complete coverage. Builder API access requires whole-school Builder entitlement and an unscoped administrator; old standalone-export builder pages remain blocked for cohort installations. See the full plan comparison. NGO and CSR-funded deployments follow the same learner rates on our organisations page.
No. The classroom server runs on a charged Android phone, and solar charging is enough to keep it going. Nothing about the school day depends on connectivity — the District Dashboard simply updates whenever any school device syncs.
Schools do. Learner records stay on school devices, inside the school. The Hub stores only pseudonymised aggregates, which is what powers your district and ministry dashboards.
Learning is K10 and ordinary School Complete K20 per learner per academic term. Approved government-contract Complete is K15 only for the contract's current revision, school/cohort scope, capacity and dates—not an automatic government-type discount or all-inclusive rate. Three terms per year. Hub K3,000 base + K1,500 per contracted school annually and bounded services remain separate. Exact licence dates are signed; terms are not fixed 90-day periods.
Yes. School provisioning, one-time connection tokens, and licence key generation are built directly into the District Dashboard — your office stays in control of its own registry.
The six official games cover literacy, mathematics, science, social studies and history, critical thinking, and art, with local-language support in Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, and Lozi alongside English.
Set up your district account, provision your schools, and watch aggregated learning data arrive from classrooms that never needed the internet to teach.
