Class and group licensing

Learning: K10 per learner per academic term. School Complete: K20 per learner per academic term. Three terms per year. Community Free supports up to 30 learners across the school, not 30 per group. Family plans are unchanged.

Coverage is explicit

A signed UP3 licence binds one school, one stable cohort ID, a learner limit and exact start/end dates. Select existing learners below; selecting a class copies its current members only. New enrolments and class changes never automatically grow a licensed group. A learner cannot be assigned to two cohorts, including an inactive cohort: remove the old assignment first.

School Complete attendance, IDs and reports apply to covered learners within the teacher's class scope, even when only a subset is licensed. Shared calendar, staff management and announcements require whole-school Complete coverage. The guarded Builder API requires current Builder entitlement for every enrolled learner and an unscoped administrator; old standalone-export builder pages remain blocked for cohort installations. Security, backups and data recovery are not paid upgrades. AI still requires suitable hardware and installed models.

Existing licences and financial history are preserved. Former institutional plans are retired from new sale. Annual Organisation Hub is K3,000 base + K1,500 per contracted school; bounded human services are separate. Government-contract Complete K15 per learner per term requires a current approved scope, not an automatic type discount; ordinary Complete remains K20.

Activate a signed licence

Paste the signed key below and the school and cohort IDs fill in automatically from it — the server verifies the signature before saving. This page never generates keys or handles private signing keys. It works locally without internet once the signed key is available.

Register the contractual group first

Group labels and members are administrator attestations, not cryptographically verified class names. The group binding is immutable. Use the agreed opaque keys, not invented class mappings.

When editing, leave the key empty to keep the current signed licence. Replacement keys must match the cohort and cannot roll back its signed coverage period. The server verifies signatures, dates, capacity and revisions before saving.

Preview and explicitly share cohort activity

Attribution requires both a bounded, unverified client occurrence-time hint and the classroom's server receipt to fall within continuous recorded membership and signed School Complete coverage. Client clocks are not trusted: the hint must not be later than receipt or more than 90 days earlier. Receipt-only old logs and events without valid timing provenance are excluded, not treated as proof of zero activity; no historical evidence is invented or backfilled. These are school-reported activity counts, not verified learning outcomes. No learner names, learner IDs or raw events are shared. School/cohort identifiers and period identify the report.

Nothing has been shared. Reports are never pushed automatically by this page.

Recover a frozen pending report

If a previous delivery lost its acknowledgement, this action resends only that frozen report for the selected cohort and dates. It does not read current logs or rebuild coverage, and can work when a new preview fails. It cannot publish newer totals. Current school/Hub identity and administrator access are still checked.
